How it all works...

  • Appointments are preferred due to limited storage space.
  • Click the link and choose your appointment time. 
  • Arrive to the store with your bicycle at your selected appointment time. 
  • Please allow approx. 10-20 minutes for us to check-in and review additional details on your service order. 
  • A trained staff member will consult with you about your bike & an estimate will be provided for parts & labor costs. 
  • Your service timeline will be estimated at the time of drop-off. We will strive to have your bicycle back to you within 3 business days. 
  • If parts needed are not in stock or on back-order, your turn around time may be affected.
  • Upon drop-off, we ask for a 50% deposit of the estimate. 
  • Due to limited storage, please pick up your bicycle within 7 days from service completion. A storage fee of $5 per day will be charged after 7 days.
  • Please book 1 appointment per bike. 

Note: Appointments are not needed for tire/tube changes and usually will be completed same or next business day.

E-BIKE SERVICE: We happily service all electric bicycle brands that our shop sells. 
Electric bicycle brands that we do not sell will not be serviced by our shop. 

We will not, under any circumstances, service gasoline powered moving objects of any kind.

We're Service Pros

Our service staff is professionally trained and certified to work on all bicycle makes and models, not just the ones we sell. Most of our service technicians have 10-60 years experience working for Al Petri & Sons! And every member of our service team participates in training sessions with factory service techs several times each year. So, whether it’s a minor service or a major overhaul, you can count on us to do the job right the first time, every time.

Walk-ins Are Welcome

Getting ready for a ride and discovered that a tire's gone flat? Did you hit a pot hole and knock your rim out of true? Sometimes you can't plan when your bike needs attention. Why not bring it in? If we can fix it on the spot, we will. And if we need more time, we'll let you know when to stop by to pick it up. 
Stop in so we can make that important repair or adjustment and get you back on your bike ASAP.

Estimates are always free

When you bring in your bike for service, we always start with a free, no-obligation estimate of the work that's needed. One of our service pros will discuss your bicycle with you and carefully explain what we recommend, always respecting your choices and your budget. We'll go over your bike with you.

Service Packages

To keep your bicycle in top working order, we suggest that you have a yearly service done. As you ride cables stretch and spokes lose tension, causing gears, brakes, and wheels to need periodic maintenance. At Al Petri & Sons, we offer 3 service packages that will take care of your needs. When you bring your bike in for an estimate, we will let you know which package your bike may need. you can now book your appointment online!


*Prices Do Not Include Parts or Accessories


* Level 1:  This package is for those bikes that do not need any parts replaced. 

* Level 2: If your bike needs new cables, brake shoes, full wheel true, etc. or the drivetrain is in need of serious cleaning, then the Level 2 service is the best choice for you.  Parts are not included in the price.


* Level 3:
We do everything the Level 2 service offers, but will include hydraulic brake bleed. Parts are not included in price.
