In Store Pick-up & Return Policies

At this time we are offering in store pick-up only.

Refund Policy:

New Parts and Accessories-  will be refunded the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase only if in new condition. Merchandise returned without original packaging/paperwork will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

New Bikes & Car Racks-  will be refunded the original purchase amount within 14 days of your purchase only if in brand new condition with all original manuals/paperwork and or packaging.

Used Bikes and Special Orders are non-refundable .
 

Details:

  • Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment. Credit/Debit Card must be present to initiate a refund on card. (card numbers are not stored in our system)
  • Product Condition: Product must be in new condition with all original packaging in order to return.

Special orders, Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
