Downriver's local cycling club. The purpose of this club is to promote fun and fitness through bicycling, to participate in the recreational, travel and transportation, use of bicycles and to promote educational and legislative efforts for the safe and effective use of bicycles. A monthly calendar is posted on the DCC webpage and their Facebook page.
The DCC hosts the annual MGST (Metro Grand Spring Tour) ride, a great organized ride the first Sunday in May. More information is available on the DCC webpage.

Slow Roll is a group bicycle ride that meets every Monday night in Detroit. Each week they meet at different venues and take a unique route throughout the city, including all the major and minor neighborhoods that we are all so proud of.
Slow Roll is for everyone; all ages, all skill levels and every type of bike is welcome. The slow pace keeps the group safe and gives riders a unique perspective of our great city and its neighborhoods.

Beat the Train in Detroit is a group bike ride through the streets of Detroit, MI. Take in the sights of the Motor City from ground level, like you’ve never seen them before. Rides are typically 30 – 35 miles at a moderate pace (14-18mph). Check out Beatthetrain for more info.
